Processing time

 

*Due to the custom made nature of RRco, Items will be endeavoured to be created and shipped within 2 weeks from date of order, communication will be continually updated on the progress of orders via email, private messaging or txt messaging. 

 

 Shipping Methods

* Items will be secured and boxed to help prevent damage during transit, we utilise NZ post and couriers for delivery, depending if (additional Rural Delivery) typically takes between 2-3 business days. 

* International orders - standard shipping, which takes approximately 6 - 10 business days for delivery.

* While we try our upmost to speed these processes up, delays in this process are out of our control,

* RRco is also not liable for any delayed, lost, or damaged items once they have left our handling.

* Tracking numbers will be provided and as a poof of shipment

 

          Return & Exchange Policy

* Due to the nature of our custom made products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanging of products, each item is curated to meet your specifications, making it unique to you.

* In the event that you receive an item that is damaged from the production process then we will endeavour to resolve this issue with you promptly. 

* No refunds will be given due to change of mind on products.
